1. Who is the administrator of your data?

The administrator of your personal data is Agrocomplex Sp. z o.o., based in Wyszków (office address: ul. Stolarska 3, 07-200 Wyszków, Poland).

2. Why do we process your data?

A. In connection with services provided by Agrocomplex Sp. z o.o., your data will be stored until the contract is fulfilled.

B. For marketing purposes and promotion of products offered by Agrocomplex Sp. z o.o., based in Wyszków, which constitutes our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). Your data will be processed until you object.

C. Fulfilling all legal obligations related to the cooperation (Art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulation), this purpose is related to legal obligations to retain certain documents for the time specified in legal regulations, e.g.:

  • Accounting Act of September 29, 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1858);
  • Tax Ordinance Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 137 item 926);
  • Act of March 1, 2018 – on countering money laundering and terrorism financing (Journal of Laws 2018 item 723).

D. For the purpose of possibly establishing, investigating, or defending against claims, which is our legitimate interest (basis from Art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). Data will be processed until the expiration of claims.

E. In case of consent, your data will be processed within the limits and for the purpose indicated in the given consent (basis from Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation). Data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

3. What data is processed?

To enter into a contract, we require data on the contract/order form (if you do not provide them, we will not conclude a contract/not execute an order). Additionally, we may ask for optional data, which do not affect the conclusion of the contract (if we do not receive them, we will not be able, for example, to call the contact number).

During the term of the contract, while providing services, we come into possession of your other data. The appearance of your personal data at our premises is a consequence of using our services.

4. Who will the data be disclosed to?

A. Public authorities, to the extent that they do not receive data as part of a specific procedure under the law e.g., in connection with countering money laundering;

B. Entities that process your personal data on behalf of Agrocomplex Sp. z o.o. under data processing outsourcing agreements (so-called data processors). These will include, among others: Beneficiaries of Agrocomplex Sp. z o.o., IT specialists, archiving companies, hosting companies;

C. External data administrators (so-called Joint Administrators, to whom data is disclosed, e.g., legal advisors and attorneys, entities conducting courier or postal activities, entities acquiring receivables – in case you do not pay our invoices on time),

D. Entities located outside the EEA, but only when necessary and with an appropriate level of protection, mainly through:

a. Cooperation with entities in countries to which a relevant decision has been issued by the European Commission;

b. Application of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission.

The administrator always informs about the intention to transfer personal data outside the EEA at the stage of their collection.

5. Is the data profiled?

We inform you that your data will not be subjected to profiling, i.e., automated analysis of your data and developing predictions about preferences or future behaviors (profiling means, e.g., in the case of marketing profiling, determining which offer you may be most interested in based on your previous choices).

6. What rights do you have?

A. The right to access the personal data processed by us (Art. 15 of the Regulation),

B. The right to rectification of entrusted personal data, including their correction (Art. 16 of the Regulation),

C. The right to erasure of personal data from our systems, the so-called „right to be forgotten” – if you believe there is no basis for us to process your data, you can request that we delete them (Art. 17 of the Regulation),

D. The right to restrict the processing of personal data – you can request that we limit the processing of personal data to their storage or performing actions agreed with you, if we have incorrect data about you or we process them unjustifiably; or you do not want us to delete them because you need them to establish, pursue or defend claims; or pending the objection against processing (Art. 18 of the Regulation),

E. The right to data portability – You have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (e.g., „.csv” format) personal data concerning you that we have on the basis of a contract or expressed consent. This entitlement will be applicable when we possess data in electronic format – in case we have data only in paper form, you will not be able to use this entitlement. You may instruct us to send this data directly to another entity (Art. 20 of the Regulation),

F. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data – at any time you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data that we process on the basis of consent – Art. 7(3) of the Regulation. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent is done by sending an email to the address: info@webdesign.szczecin.pl. The right to object – you may object to the processing of your data if the basis for using the data is our legitimate interest – Art. 21 of the Regulation. In such a case, after considering your request, we will no longer be able to process personal data covered by the objection on this basis, unless we demonstrate the existence of legally justified grounds for processing that are considered to be overriding in relation to your interests, rights, and freedoms

G. If, in your opinion, the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
