Agrocomplex Project in Sokołów Podlaski Achieves BREEAM Very Good Certification
Agrocomplex Sp. z o.o. is proud to announce that its new production investment in Sokołów Podlaski has been awarded the BREEAM Very Good certification, confirming the project’s compliance with high environmental and quality standards.
The certification process was supported by Go4Energy Sp. z o.o., acting as a BREEAM assessor, and implemented in cooperation with EastWave Building Company Sp. z o.o., responsible for the construction of the facility. This achievement highlights the successful integration of advanced industrial technologies with sustainable building practices.
The new facility has been designed as a modern production plant for caseinate manufacturing, combining automation, operational efficiency, and environmental responsibility. From the early planning stages, the project focused on minimizing environmental impact while ensuring high performance for industrial processes.
The investment includes several key infrastructure elements:
- a warehouse equipped with automated mobile racking systems, enabling efficient storage and logistics operations
- a production area integrated with a two-level office and social facilities, ensuring functional workspace organization
- a maneuvering yard and loading zones designed for optimized transport flow
- advanced energy and sustainability systems, including LNG regasification infrastructure, a photovoltaic installation, a fire water tank, and a backup power generator
The BREEAM certification confirms that the facility meets strict criteria related to energy efficiency, resource management, and environmental impact reduction. It also reflects a broader industry trend where sustainability is becoming a standard requirement not only for commercial buildings but also for production and logistics facilities.
For Agrocomplex, this milestone represents more than just compliance with certification standards.
